Former Deputy Director of Black Cultural Archives, she draws on her strong background of leadership to lead on operations. Hannah has a passion for connecting with people and a strategic mindset, bridging the gap between these two essential worlds. An innovator and troubleshooter, she has a proven track record of creating and implementing initiatives.

Stephen is a Partner in Deloitte's Government and Public Services Practice. He has a focus on engaging government and philanthropy in the transformation of services to deliver social impact. Stephen Bediako OBE is a social entrepreneur, innovator, impact investor and design expert. Hailing from the heart of East London, Stephen now splits his time between the UK and the US driving change across multiple continents for everyday people. Awarded an OBE in the 2021 New Year's Queen's Honours for innovation in charity and social enterprise, the legacy of Stephen's work spans across some of the biggest and brightest names in social innovation.

Susan Outlaw is a marketing and business development executive who has spent her career shaping brands, driving growth, and crafting compelling narratives across entertainment, gaming, luxury, hospitality, and publishing. A strategist and storyteller at heart, she has spearheaded high-impact campaigns for iconic global brands, blending creativity with data-driven precision to deliver measurable success. Raised across the globe, Susan's multicultural upbringing instilled a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives, a quality that defines her leadership. Her early career included service in the U.S. Air Force, followed by executive roles across industries. After years in Munich and now based in London, Susan brings global insight as the founder of Studio Outlaw, where she helps brands elevate their presence through bold storytelling and data-driven strategy.

Mike Mompi

Mike Mompi is a Ghanaian venture capitalist and entrepreneur, recognized for his leadership in advancing Africa's technology sector. Mompi's career spans four continents, encompassing roles in entrepreneurship, public equity investment, and venture capital. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Enza Capital, a Nairobi-based venture capital firm, Mompi has been instrumental in supporting startups that address significant challenges across the continent. He co-founded a fintech startup in London and played a pivotal role in building ClearlySo, a UK-based impact investment bank that raised over $250 million for socially responsible businesses. In 2019, Mompi co-founded Enza Capital with the vision of backing technology-driven startups that solve pressing problems in Africa. Under his leadership, Enza Capital has invested in over 30 companies across eight African markets, including Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, and Ivory Coast. The firm's investments span sectors such as fintech, logistics, healthcare, human capital, and climate tech.
